How progression works
Two good sessions unlock the next level.
Each movement progresses on its own schedule. When you hit the target reps for two separate sessions at your current variation, the app offers a level up. You can accept it or stay where you are.
Rest at least one day between workouts. The goal is steady consistency — not intensity.
